1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any part of Phoson, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Phoson is a cognitive infrastructure platform that enables you to create, manage, and automate intelligent agents. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with prior notice.
3. User Accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Phoson.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- One person or legal entity may hold a single account, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Phoson to:
- Engage in illegal or fraudulent activities.
- Generate, distribute, or store harmful, defamatory, or obscene content.
- Interfere with the platform's operation or its servers.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to access the source code.
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
- Send spam or unsolicited communications.
- Violate third-party intellectual property rights.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
5. Intellectual Property
Our property
All content, design, code, and branding of Phoson are the property of Phoson or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create using Phoson. By uploading it, you grant us a limited license to process and display it to you and those you authorize.
6. Plans and Payments
- Paid plan prices are displayed on the platform and include applicable taxes where required.
- Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers.
- Paid plans renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- We do not offer refunds for partial periods, unless required by law.
7. Cancellation and Termination
- You may cancel your account at any time from your profile settings.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity.
- Upon cancellation, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Phoson is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid in the last 12 months.
9. Modifications
We may update these terms periodically. We will notify you by email or through a notice on the platform at least 15 days in advance before changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that period implies acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the territory where Phoson operates. Any disputes will preferably be resolved through friendly negotiation.
